Description

For your consideration! One homemade enclosed trailer. Construction - all steel. This trailer would be perfect for the hunter who needs to haul decoys or maybe a deer camp or even the historical rendezvous reenactor! I used this for nearly 20 years for just those type of events and the only reason I am selling is because I finally had to go bigger (much bigger due to several of us having decoys that needed hauling!) The OAL is 11 feet 6 inches from hitch to bumper. The platform in front of the box (which is great for coolers, generator or camp stove) is 3 ft 10 inches wide closest to box, 3 feet wide closest to hitch and 2 feet 2.5 inch length. Front of hitch to box is 5 feet long. Box is 6 foot 2 inches long, by 4 feet 1/2 inch high by 4 feet 5.5 inches wide. Has a newer bull dog jack. Takes 2 inch ball. Trailers real nice. New wires and lights and I just gave it several coats of rustoleum paint (spray painted)...yes it hides paint chips and rust spots to some degree (heck I've used it for 20 some years) but do not worry -- all surface rust. NEEDS new tires (currently has on 205/75 R 14s) they hold air - not even slow leaks - but are badly weather checked. Bearing were repacked 2 years ago.

Don't let the perceived small looking size fool you. Take a close look at the pictures. The one where it is loaded still has space for more decoys and the one with the bags on the ground was actually pulled from the trailer! That included one blind, 7 full bags of duck and goose decoys plus 2 bags of full body goose decoys (12 count), 1 blue plastic 12 x 12 tent. bag of silouette decoys, bag of camo grass, and a bag of poles for flying decoys!

There is also the "rain gutter" style edging (like the older style cars used to have) around the top of the trailer if you want to add the portable racks for a boat, canoe, ladder or poles or there are holes drilled (and currently sealed) if you want to bolt a rack on to the top.
